5-story residential building completed in 1898. Designed by Robert Maynicke for C.F. Buxton, it was originally called The Buxton. The building consists of two nearly-identical sections with a rusticated stone first floor and basement and a single entrance located on the left side. The red brick walls are separated by horizontal band courses at each floor and the corners of the buildings are defined by stone quoins. The windows at the top floor are round-arched with keystones; a handsome classical cornice with console brackets crowns the building.
