6-story residential building completed in 1912. Designed by Charles B. Meyers, it has a ground floor of storefronts, and upper floors clad in off-white brick. The windows up to the fifth floor have splayed lintels with keystones. The top floor is set off by a narrow band course, and has windows separated by handsome brick panels. The roof cornice has three sets of long, paired brackets which extend down into the masonry fascia to the tops of these windows. Between them are evenly spaced modillions. The ground floor is occupied by Rag & Bone apparel, and MZ Wallace apparel.
