6-story residential building completed in 1872. Designed by W.J. Gessner, it is made up of four sections, each four windows wide, with differing tops. Above the ground-floor storefronts, the facades are all clad in red brick, and have stone sills and rounded lintels with decorative carving. A boldly projecting and bracketed roof cornice spans across the first three sections, but has been removed at the easternmost section. At No. 89, it is carried up to form an arched pediment with the words "Gessner - 1872" in the tympanum. The ground floor is occupied by Il Cantuccio Tuscan Bakery, Sockerbit Scandinavian sweets, Shalva beauty supply, and A-Kass Studio Tattoo & Body Piercing.
