4-story residential building completed in 1883. It is clad in red brick with orange stone lintels and sills above a stone-faced ground-floor storefront. The stone window stills are carried across the facade to form horizontal band courses. Between the windows of the third and fourth floors, grooves in the brickwork lend an accent of verticality as a counterpoise to the horizontality of the stone band courses. The building is capped by a bracketed roof cornice. The ground floor is occupied by 7 For All Mankind boutique.
