4-story residential building completed in 1833 as a 2.5-story building. The building has been considerably altered, but the original Flemish bond brickwork may still be seen as high as the top of the second story window lintels, where it changes to running bond, a result of the addition of a third story in the late 1880s. Further alterations, notably the erection of a roof parapet, took place in the 1920s. The ground floor is occupied by Village Pleasure Shop, and Freeman's Sporting Club.
