6-story residential building completed in 1902. Designed by George F. Pelham, it combines Romanesque-revival and Neo-Classical forms. Above the storefronts, the facade is clad in buff-colored brick with quoins up through the fifth floor. The windows have splayed stone lintels with keystones, except for the sixth floor which features arched windows, and a lighter shade of brick. The ground floor is occupied by Variazioni boutique.
