4-story Greek-revival residential building completed in 1847 as a townhouse for William Agate. It is simply clad in red brick, with stone window trim as the only ornament. Projecting sheetmetal cornices have been added above the window lintels, however. The original storefront, installed in the late 1800s, was of cast-iron, but has since been stuccoed over.
