3-story Art-Deco residential building completed in 1931. Designed by Max Siegel as a commercial building for the Allenad Realty Corporation. The facade is divided into three sections of unequal width with designs in varied shades of brickwork: the central section has wide metal casement windows, flanked at the sides by smaller ones. Scrolled finials appear at the top of the vertical piers above the roof parapet.
