3-story residential building completed in 1939 as a 1-story commercial structure, designed by Sidney Schuman. In 1965 a new store front was added, and in the 1970s, it was raised to three floors to house apartments. It is clad in plain beige brick. The 1-story section fronting Seventh Avenue South is occupied by Leyla restaurant & bar.
