4-story Queen Anne-style residential building completed in 1894. Designed by Kurzer & Kohl as a stable for J. Goebel & Company. It was converted into apartments and offices in 1927. It has a brownstone-clad first floor with three arched openings. The upper floors are clad in red brick with panels below the third and fourth floor windows. The building is capped by a paneled fascia board with a bracketed cornice that features a distinctive fan-shaped pediment.
