6-story residential building completed in 1925. Designed by Charles B. Meyers as a twin to 442 Hudson Street,directly to the south. Both buildings were changed from apartments to condominiums in the late 1900s. Is it clad in dark reddish-brown brick, with segmental-arched doorways framed in the same brick. The top floor is separated by a thin band course, and has several arched windows framed in stone, above which are small balustrades breaking the roof parapet. The ground floor is occupied by Hudson Cleaners, David's Shoe & Watch Repair, and Ray's Deli.
