6-story residential building completed in 1906. Designed by George F. Pelham, who made maximum use of this narrow frontage by devoting most of the wall to windows. The recessed ground floor, with planter boxes set on a low brick wall, suggests a Twentieth Century remodeling. The second floor windows are paired at each side, with three on center between the columns. This window pattern, with single windows at the sides, carries on up with the windows separated by wide, horizontal band courses. A simple brick parapet at the top terminates the front wall.
