5-story Romanesque-revival residential building completed in 1895. Designed by Henry Davidson, it is clad in reddish-brown brick. It also features squat columns supporting the canopy over the entrance doorway and decorative brickwork. The roof cornice, on the other hand, turns to the classical tradition, with its pedimented central gable and frieze with triglyphs, swags, and rosettes.
