6-story residential building completed in 1912. Designed by William H. Paine, it is clad in beige brick. The ground floor boasts a series of fine segmental brick arches with stone keystones. Triple windows on the upper floors are set between plain brick piers. The tops of the piers project forward slightly on stone brackets and are paneled, while the top floor spandrel panels have simple designs executed in brick.
