3-story Italianate residential building completed in 1851 as the westernmost rowhouse in a row of six. It is clad in red brick and has a high stoop leading to a doorway with a molded frame, surmounted by a wide low pediment. The stone lintels of the windows have diminutive cornices. The house has a prominent roof cornice with a series of horizontal brackets. For a period in the mid-1900s, the building was occupied by a restaurant.
