3-story residential building completed in 1847 as a townhouse for Martin Winant. It was converted in the early 1900s the apartments. The asymmetrical fenestration of the first floor is the result of the elimination of the stoop. The present main doorway is at ground level, while a second and smaller entrance, leading to another house (No. 50) at the rear of the lot, is located at the extreme left. The facade is clad in red brick, and the building is topped with a dentiled cornice.
