3-story Greek-revival residential building completed in 1845 as a townhouse. It is clad in red brick, with a short stoop over a basement. The parlpr floor windows are floor-length, of the same height as the entrance door, and have plain stone lintels. A sheetmetal roof cornice surmounts the building and replaces the original cornice. The wrought ironwork at the stoop and
areaway is very simple.
