Former home of Zapatos Cantina. It folded within a year after Chimy's opened and has been empty since which was about four years ago. One of its few claims to fame, besides being a former location of DoubleDave's Pizza (but not the first) was their "trash can lid nachos", an enormous platter of chips, cheese, meat, and more, baked on a trash can lid, the type Oscar the Grouch hides under. Today, it is the leasing office for Aspen Heights, but that's only temporary.
