6-story Renaissance-revival residential building completed in 1904. Designed by Bernstein & Bernstein as a tenement. It is clad in red brick, and the Broome Street facade features prominent splayed stone lintels with scrolled keystones on the 2nd-5th floors. There are decorative stone band courses above the second and fifth floors. The two eastermost window bay have low segmental arches at the second floor, and a 2-story area of quoined beige brick capped with a rounded entablature with central cartouches. The Varick Street facade is much simpler.

The ground floor is occupied by Amelia's Diner, and La Sirene restaurant.
