5-story residential building completed in 1870 as a warehouse. It was converted to apartments sometime in the mid-1900s, with 11 rental units. The facade is five windows wide, with white-painted corbelled-foot sills and rounded cornices. A black metal fire escape runs down the facade, and the building has a large, white-painted, detailed and modillioned roof cornice on top, with a rounded pediment in the center. The panel below the pediment bears the inscription "WARINGS BUILDING 1870".
