3-story mercantile building completed in the 1840s as a rowhouse. It was converted to commercial use in 1911, remodeled with a new red brick facade with terra-cotta trim. The ground floor had round-arched windows and, on each side, an entrance signalized by high panels above and diminutive balconied niches crowned by fleurs de lys, before being modernized around 1980. The second floor had French doors with wrought iron balcony (these were also removed in the last renovation). The parapet is stepped up at the center. The ground floor is occupied by Umami Burger.
