3-story mercantile building originally completed in 1839 as a rowhouse. It was converted to commercial use in 1896, and had a new, white, pressed sheet metal facade with half-columns installed in 1902. Above the cornice line is an elaborate arched pediment enframing a niche. The corners of the roof line are decorated with urns. The ground floor is occupied by Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins.
