6-story Renaissance-revival office building completed around 1890. Above the 1-story marble base, the building is framed by two white marble piers with a projecting cast-iron window bay on the 2nd-5th floors. The top of the 5th floor is adorned by a central cartouche, and the 6th floor is two simple marble columns below a prominent black metal bracketed roof cornice. The ground floor is occupied by American Icon apparel.
