5-story office building originally completed in 1853 as an Italianate townhouse. In 1871, its stoop and first-story facade were removed and a 2-story cast-iron storefront was installed, with the upper floors converted to apartments. A rear yard addition was built in 1884 and another new cast-iron storefront was built in 1894. The lower level was occupied in the 1920's by M. Cherry Trunk Maker and James McIlrath Tailor.

The building continued to be occupied as a multiple dwelling with stores until 1965, when the upper floors were converted to office space and its Italianate facade simplified. The 2-story storefront is painted grey and has a molded architrave, with the top decorated by a cartouche and swags in the center. The 2nd floor is now office space. The three upper floors are two bays wide; the windows are segmental-arched, and very short at the top floor. A black wooden roof cornice has end brackets and a decorative frieze. The ground floor is occupied by Rezo Hair Salon.
