6-story modern-style office building originally completed in the mid-1800s as a townhouse. It was converted to a store and dwelling in 1882. In 1893, as the area was becoming more commercial yet, its upper floors became offices and the original residential facade was replaced with a new commercial front, designed by the architectural firm Berg & Clark. The lower floor was occupied in the 1920's by Frank Bros. Shoes.

In 1928, the building was extended at the rear and was partially occupied by manufacturing lofts. An entirely new grey granite facade was installed again in 1981-82. It is now occupied as offices above a ground-floor store. The infill of the lower two floors is slightly recessed, with a pair of 2-story black metal columns dividing the outer windows from the three center ones of each floor. The ground-floor storefront entrance is in the middle, with the main building entrance at the northern bay. The four upper floors have wide bands of windows with black metal framing. The roof parapet is stepped up at the ends. The ground floor is occupied by a 7-Eleven convenience store.
