206-foot, 16-story Neo-Classical office building completed in 1916. Designed by Maynicke & Franke as a store-and-loft building, the 3-story white granite and terra-cotta base (spanning five bays on Broadway and three on West 26th) features paneled piers on grey granite bases, paneled spandrels, ornamental capitals, and a denticulated cornice. The main entrance is in the northern bay on Broadway, set beneath a dark-grey metal bulkhead with rounded top and bottom edges. The eastern bay on West 26th has a metal service door; the other bays have modern storefronts with black metal framing. The 2nd & 3rd floors have tripartite windows with black steel framing.

The upper floors feature recessed fenestration, chamfered piers, and paneled spandrels with diamond shapes. Tripartite windows continue in the outer bays, but the center bays have paired windows. The 2-story crown has engaged, fluted columns, and a terra-cotta roof cornice decorated with a frieze and parapet, rounded at the southwest corner. The ground floor is occupied by a Starbucks coffee, Vin Sur Vingt bistro, and The Little Beet restaurant.
