3-story mercantile building originally completed around 1810 as a 2.5-story house. Around the turn of the century, it was raised to three full floors and it was rebuilt as a commercial building. It is currently occupied by Chair Table Booth Restaurant Supply. There is a large sign between the second and third floors that reads "Freedom Cannot Be Simulated".
