5-story Italianate office building completed in 1854 as a 4-story rowhouse for Daniel LeRoy. The front wall at the basement and ground floor were replaced with a shopfront in 1881. It is faced in white-painted brownstone ashlar above the lower two floors. Three bays wide, the windows are all wood-framed. At the 3rd floor the windows have stone enframements with projecting hoods with stylized keystones. The 4th floor is similar to the 3rd, except that the windows also have bracketed sills. The 5th-floor windows are shorter than those in the 3rd & 4th floors. The window enframements are treated similarly to chose on the lower floors, except that the projecting hoods are more simplified and have no keystones. The metal roof cornice has large console brackets. The ground floor is occupied by Chanson restaurant.
