14-story and 10-story residential building completed in 2025. Designed by Vikatos Architect and Morris Adjmi Architects, the project consists of two towers located at 16 West 18th Street (rising 10 stories, named Louie XVIII) and 21 West 17th Street (the taller building at 14 floors, named Louis XVII). The two towers are connected by an inner private courtyard. The facades are composed of terra-cotta paneling surrounding a recessed grid of floor-to-ceiling windows along with metal spandrels and cornices.
