3-story office building completed in 1914. Designed by Frederick Putnam Platt as a store-and-loft building, it is faced in grey-painted brick and stucco. The building entrance and storefront are modern aluminum and glass alterations. The facade has brick side piers, bands of windows at the 2nd & 3rd floors, a pedimented brick parapet, and a black metal fire escape which runs diagonally across the building facade. Header and stretcher bricks are used decoratively to outline the spandrels, piers, and roof parapet. The ground floor is occupied by Sunac Natural Food.
