200-foot, 19-story residential building completed in 2016 for Toll Brothers City Living. Designed by Morris Adjmi Architects, it has a white brick facade with a fairly regular grid of dark-tinted rectangular windows. There are seven metal-framed windows at the center of each floor, with paired windows in the slightly-projecting end bays. The lower three floors of the center section have dark brown-painted stone, with a canopy over the ground floor that is topped by plantings. A dark-brown band surrounds the 3-story center section, decorated with a pattern of four small interlocking circles set within larger circles. A parking garage door is located in the western bay.

The center sections sets back above the 12th floor, with the end bays extending up another two floors. There is another setback above the 17th floor, with a smaller, recessed penthouse on top. The building contains 55 condominium units.
