 office building  Add category

5-story office building completed in 1921 as a renovation and combining of two 1851 houses with a new continuous facade. Double-eight limestone pilasters supporting a dentiled cornice divide the facade in half at the lower two floors. Above the storefront the 2nd floor contains two paired windows flanked by single pane windows and topped by transoms, although at the 2nd floor the paired windows are replaced by a single wide pane. The facade is clad in yellowish brick above the 2nd floor. Triple-height brick mullions mark the window divisions. A gabel decorated with stone swags in the center caps the parapet of this building.

The ground floor is occupied by CBD Kratom Flatiron, Studs ear piercing, and Fabletics sportswear.
