4-story office building originally completed in 1854 as a pair of rowhouses, which were joined in 1880. They now share a common mid-20th century commercial facade, dating from renovations in 1950. The facade is covered by black metal panels and each has a wide, square-headed, metal-framed window opening divided into four contiguous sections (those at the ends are divided into three horizontal panels) topped by transoms. There is a black metal fire escape on the left side. The building is topped by a thin, plain metal band. The building is now occupied by Valley National Bank.
