6-story Renaissance-revival office buidling completed in 1904. Designed by Pollard & Steinam as a store-and-loft building, it is clad in banded red brick with five joined windows per floor. The ground floor is framed in blue cast-iron. The facade is topped by a stepped stucco parapet with stone coping.

In 1933 the building was purchased by the Odenwald Bird Company, which used it as office space and for the temporary storage of live birds and fish.
