10-story office building completed in 1929. Designed by Gronenberg & Leuchtag as a store-and-loft building for the Cooper Square Holding Company, it has a grey-painted limestone base, with buff-colored brick above. The upper floors are divided into three bays; at the 2nd floor there are four windows per bay; above, the center bay has triple-windows, and the outer bays have paired windows divided by brick sub-piers. The 3rd floor has terra-cotta balconies with supporting brackets and decorative panels. The roof parapet has blind arcades and small gables.
