184-foot, 20-story early-modern residential building completed in 1965. Designed by S. J. Kessler & Sons, it is clad in glazed white brick above a black granite ground floor lined with storefronts. The main entrance is at the center, framed in grey stone with a glass revolving door flanked by paired traditional glass doors, and covered by a stainless-steel canopy. At the east ends of the north and south facades, there are ramps to the underground parking garage.

The upper floors span 12 bays along the avenue. The windows are framed in white aluminum; from north to south the bays have two panes, 5 panes, 5 panes, 4 panes, 5 panes, 4 panes, 5 panes, 2 panes, 3 panes, 5 panes, 2 panes, and 2 panes. The north facade on 53rd Street has six bays, with 5 panes, 3 panes, 2 panes, 3 panes, 2 panes, and single-windows, from east to west. The south facade on 52nd Street has eight bays, with 2 panes, 4 panes, 2 panes, 3 panes, 5 panes, 2 panes, and single-windows in the western bays, from east to west. The easternmost bay on both the north and south elevations sets back above the 10th floor.

The northwest and southwest corners set back above the 17th floor, and also at the middle bay on the west facade. The edges of the corner setbacks are angled at 45-degrees at the 18th & 19th floors, and the penthouse level is set slightly farther back. Glass railings line the narrow terraces created by the setbacks.

The building contains 383 apartment units. The ground floor is occupied by Dollar Rent a Car, Russian Vodka Room, Cosmic Diner, Classy Nails & Spa, Ground Central Coffee Company, The UPS Store, Timothy John's Salon, Seasons A Floral Design Studio, and Galeria Art & Framing.
