5-story office building completed in 1869. Designed by Charles Mettam as a factory for Archer Pancoast & Company, the upper floors are clad in white-painted brick, four bays wide. A white metal fire escape runs down the facade, which is topped by a white metal modillioned roof cornice. The ground floor is occupied by G.S. Arts Gallery.
