6-story office building completed in 1890. Designed by Cyrus Eidlitz as a store-and-loft building, it is clad in orange brick, with three bays on both facades. The piers stand on stone bases, and separate the ground floor into three storefronts or entrances on the ground floor, each divided by a narrow black cast-iron pilaster. The 2nd floor has paired windows in each bay, and the upper floors have triple-windows divided by the same style of narrow black pilasters. There are a number of belt courses and cornices, and Corinthian capitals topping the piers at the 5th floor. Above a modillioned stone cornice, the top floor has an arcade of round-arched windows. The ground floor is occupied by Ilori Eyewear.
