A big part of New Orleans history, the home of the Sazerac. Some say it's the first cocktail (i.e., a drink with a recipe), others are skeptical about this claim. Regardless, it's probably the most atmospheric bar in a town full of them. Come here for an antidote to the "quantity over quality" attitude of Bourbon Street.
