6-story office building originally completed in 1864 as two 5-story buildings that were joined in 1901. Alterations were undertaken in 1907 which adjusted the floor levels, effectively adding another story to the now 6-story buiIding; the 2-story cast-iron storefront was added at this time. The 3rd-5th floors are clad in white marble, with four bays of double-windows separated by Corinthian columns. On the top floor stone caryatid-like figures separate the windows. Large scrolled brackets support the cornice which is crowned by two urns above the outer figures. The ground floor is occupied by Foravi and OMG Jeans.
