5-story Colonial-revival residential building completed in 1888. Designed by John P. Leo as a tenement, the ground floor is clad in tan brick, with red brick above. The building has a narrow, round-arched entrance, with a square window on either side. The upper floors have projecting metal sills with corbelled feet and metal lintels with swag at each of the four bays. At the top is a bracketed roof cornice, and a black metal fire escape runs down the facade.
