5-story residential building completed in 1896, renovated in 1996. Designed by Horenberger & Straub as a tenement, it is clad in red brick above a black stone storefront. The three bays of windows have red-painted stone sills and flat lintels, with horizontal brick corbels connecting each sill and lintels, and corbelled brick panels in the spandrels between floors. A green-painted metal fire escape runs down the facade, which is crowned by a bracketed roof cornice with carved swag in the fascia board. The ground floor is occupied by Vin et Fleurs restaurant.
