5-story mercantile building completed in 1890, renovated in 2001 with a new orange brick facade. The original architect was Charles Hadden. Above the ground-floor storefront, it is divided into three bays, each with a tall double-window with stone sills and eared lintels, connected just below the tops of the windows. The roof line has a dentiled and modillioned brick cornice. There is a canvas awning over the ground floor, which is occupied by Costata restaurant.
