7-story Renaissance-revival residential building completed in 1901. Designed by A.G. Rechlin as a tenement, it is clad in white brick, with a modern ground-floor storefront. The windows of the 2nd, 3rd & 7th floor are round-arched, with stone enframements and flower-like keystones on the 2nd floor, and brick headers on the others. A bracketed stone cornice runs across the base of the 4th floor. From the 4th to 6th floors, the four bays of square-headed windows are divided by slightly projecting piers, and the spandrels between have intricately-carved heads in panels. Another bracketed stone cornice runs across the base of the top floor, and the roof is crowned by a projecting, bracketed metal cornice. A wrought-iron fire escape with basket-style landings runs down the center of the facade. The ground floor is occupied by The Frog's Crown Bakery, and Teako Prime Drinks.
