6-story residential building completed in 2002. Designed by Andrew Caracciolo, the facade is clad in orange brick with red-painted metal trim. There are storefronts on the ground floor with blue canvas awnings, and a suspended red-metal canopy over the southern end of the Sullivan facade. On the 2nd floor above this, and on the single bay facing Spring Street are large segmental-arched windows. Above both of these windows, the 3rd floor is set back, with a stone coping topping the 2nd floor. Floors 3-5 have wide studio windows, and rectangular concrete balconies with metal railings on the north side at floors 4 & 5. The top floor has large segmental-arched windows, with a stone coping at the roof line. The full height of the south wall is plain brick. The ground floor is occupied by Spa Belles.
