6-story Renaissance-revival residential building completed in 1902. Designed by Bernstein & Bernstein as a tenement, the colorful blue accents unite the fire escapes, cornice, and ground floor café, and make a sharp contrast with the limestone and red brick façade. All the windows are framed with stone quoins and have splayed stone lintels with keystones, and the 2nd and top floors also have horizontal stone banding. Stone string courses connect the sills of each floor, and a thinner string course connects the keystones above each window. The outer bays on both the west and south facades are projected slightly forward, and the building has a chamfered corner at the intersection. The building is crowned by a prominent metal roof cornice with large modillions. The ground floor is occupied by Variazioni boutique and Mezzogiorno restaurant.
