3-story Federal-style residential building originally completed in 1836 as a row house for Ellison Scott. The 3-bay facade was resurfaced at least as early as 1940 and appears to be coated in stucco scored to look like ashlar, painted white, with small red awnings projecting over the windows, and a small iron fire escape. The ground floor is occupied by Baluchis Indian Food.
