The 2nd & 3rd floors are united by a 2-story, recessed cutout with a 5-paned rounded bay window. The upper two floors also have a double-height window feature, with three square panes on the sides, and three deeply-recessed panes in the center of the unit. The roof line is marked by a simple stone coping. The ground floor is occupied by Cigarillos smoke shop.
