5-story cooperative-apartment building completed in the 1880s, renovated in 1979. It is clad in reddish-brown brick, with the facade divided into three sections of four windows each, and a northern section of three shorter windows. Joining the outer sections to the center are projecting concrete balconies with iron railings. The windows have flat stone sills and lintels, and there is a good amount of red brick patchwork. The roof line has a brick parapet with a metal railing around the roof deck. At the street level, there are low red-brick walls around plantings in front of the building.
