6-story cooperative-apartment building completed in 1880. It is clad in various red and grey brick, and the facade is divided into three sections of four windows each. Between each section spans a projecting concrete balcony with iron railings.There are brick panels in the spandrels between floors, with corbels at the top set of panels. The roof has a brick parapet with stone coping.
